We’re the Cook family
It’s a nice place to visit, but a hard place to make a living. With generations of our family having lived in the Northeast Kingdom, there was no doubt where we wanted to raise our family. But deciding on how to do it is often a long process of trial and error.
After years of trying out other professions, we decided to combine a lifelong interest in homebrewing, farming and building to create a working family farm and brewery.
We designed and built our tasting room, greenhouse and operations ourselves to ensure our guests were welcome and enjoyed the freshest and most natural beer in Vermont.
