DESCRIPTION:  \n \nTed Mortimer (Guitar\, vocals)\, spent 10 years performing and recording in Los Angeles before moving to the Upper Valley. In 1988 he formed Dr. Burma\, which enjoyed a 25-year run as one of New England’s most popular soul/rock bands. He has performed in jazz and blues clubs in New York City with Sandra Wright\, including the Five Spot and Manny’s Car Wash. Ted’s guitar playing is featured on his wife Linda Boudreault’s jazz CD Alone With You\, Dr. Burma’s One Bite Won’t Kill You\, and many other local and regional releases. In collaboration with other Vermont musicians he wrote and recorded the soundtrack for Nosey Parker\, a film by John O’Brien (Man with a Plan).\nTed is currently a member of the Party Crashers (www.pcrashers.com)\, one of the most popular soul/rock/funk bands in VT/NH. He also plays with the Stone Cold Roosters (www.stonecoldroosters.com)\, a country/rockabilly/western swing outfit that has recorded three award-winning CDs.

Orginally from Wisconsin\, Jacob has toured in 40 states in the U.S. total\, averaging 140 shows a year\, and now resides in the Green Mountain State of Vermont.\nHis love for music began at young age\, at 10 years old he began playing Violin in school orchestra\, then starting a punk band as a freshman in High School\, and even experimented with hip hop by the time he graduated. Jacob has written original material since the young age of 12\, and at the age of 21\, he got his first acoustic guitar and attempted to make a living at what he was most passionate about\, Music. \nHe’s had Musical Homes all over the country\, from Northern California to Colorado\, or Southern Appalachia States and of course where it all began in his home State of Wisconsin\, Jacob has been on a musical journey for the better part of the last decade\, and he’s got strong back catalog of music to show for it. \nHe’s also collaborated with musicians from all over the country\, leading Wisconsin based bands: Jacob Green & The Grit and River Water Tribe\, or playing with a combination of musicians and going simply by “Jacob Green & Friends“.

DESCRIPTION:Collin Cope and Chris Page began playing together in high school\, in back of a school bus on their long ride home. When Collin changed schools partway through high school\, the pair went many years without singing or playing music together\, but when Chris spotted Collin playing with Burlington-based groups like Rumblecat\, Something with Strings\, and Funkwagon\, he immediately recognized the power in Collin’s voice and his ability to weave his harmonica solos into a captivating story. In the meantime\, Chris had been working on a project now called The Tenderbellies\, which combines influences from blues and jazz with bluegrass and Appalachian music.\nCollin and Chris focus on reconstructing blues\, soul\, and pop music with ambitious gospel-inspired harmonies and simple instrumentation; Chris provides rhythm on guitar\, while Collin comps on harmonica or piano. The two share singing duties\, often with striking results. Their voices have packed such venues as Half Lounge and Manhattan Pizza in their off-hours by attracting passers-by; the powerful\, soulfulnotes of Collin’s harp have played to roaring applause at venues all over Burlington; and Chris has spent years busking and performing on-stage in the area\, always making sure to fill both the stage and audience with smiles. Collin and Chris strive to provide an intimate listening experience for all ages and musical tastes. You wouldn’t want to miss them!
