The word cha cha means party in spanish.
This brew was created in celebration of the holiday Cinco de Mayo.
The brew is usually released on the holiday and poured at the tasting room through the summer season.
This fruit infused pale ale is the ultimate summer party beer.  The brew is everything
you want a light bodied summer beer to taste like.
It starts with a pleasant citrus aroma followed by a mild hop presence
with delicious citrus flavors finishing with a subtle dryness leaving your taste buds craving more.
Just pour this 24.4 IBU, 148 calorie, 4.8% abv beer in your favorite glass
and pray for six more months of summer.

This fruit infused pale ale incorporates a combination of  lemons, limes, grapefruit and oranges into its profile.
A nice citrus aroma balanced with subtle hops followed by a familiar dryness that keeps you returning for more.
We start with a bare bones malt profile.
We then mash and sparge with the usual method– lots of love.
The wort is then boiled with hops and fermented for some time then the beer will condition with the fruits for a few months until it is ready for release.
