Around here, we know a thing or two
about wearing wool patterns.
Of course, we prefer the kind
that you wear above the waist.
We also know that getting through
our  type of Winter takes something a little tougher
than a Wee Heavy.
Like a triple layered wool flannel for your soul,
our Scottish Winter is infused with just the type of flavor and punch
that prepares you for the worst conditions!

Scottish Winter Ale

ABV 9.0%

IBU NA

We rested our traditional Scottish ale with a special
combination of Anise and Licorice which creates
a flavor that is filled with scotch, apertif and
smoky caramel overtones from the start,
This beer is loaded with English hops but provides a mellow
aftertaste that is best drank after dinner
in a Tulip or sniffer glass
to bring out the full and rich organic flavors.
