Description
In the Spring of 2017, Kingdom Brewing made a Russian Imperial Stout
named Romanov’s Revenge honoring the 100th anniversary of
the Romanov family’s assassination.
This rare creation was born from a high concentration maple sap provided
by our friends Marc Gray and Eric Leblanc at Vermont Maple Farm.
Romanov had been resting peacefully in bourbon barrels until the Spring of 2023 when
Coburn Hill Spirits, in collaboration with Kingdom Brewing, distilled this fine ale into
a quality aged whisky which was then housed in those same bourbon barrels.
Eric & Marc’s 2023 maple syrup was then procured to fill the freshly emptied bourbon barrels.
In your hand, behold a unique maple syrup like no other; seven years and three iterations
in the making. The story is here for you to tell as you share this creation in cocktails,
on ice-cream or any place you want a natural organic sweetener.
